Refund Policy

adād comes with a 7-day free trial. The trial is the time to decide. Once the trial ends and you choose to subscribe, the subscription is non-refundable, except in the limited cases listed below.

The free trial is the trial

Every new subscriber gets 7 days of full access to adād after completing checkout. Paddle may require payment details to start the trial, but no subscription charge is taken until the trial ends.

This is the time to decide whether adād works for you. If it is not for you, cancel before the trial ends so that the first monthly charge is not taken.

After the trial, the subscription is non-refundable

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews at $9 for the upcoming month.

Because of this, paid months are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind after subscribing, forgetting to cancel, or no longer wanting the service.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Limited exceptions where we do refund

There are a small number of situations where we will issue a refund, because in these cases the fault is ours or the charge was not intentional:

Technical fault on our side. If a bug in adād has made the extension unusable for you and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you report it, we will refund the current month.

Duplicate charges. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same month, write to us and we will refund the duplicate.

Unauthorised charges. If someone made a payment using your account without your consent, write to us with the details and we will investigate.

How to cancel

To cancel your subscription, go to the customer portal of our payment provider, or write to adad.support@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep adād for the days you have already paid for.

Chargebacks

If you have a question or concern about a charge, please write to us first at adad.support@gmail.com. Almost everything can be resolved by email.

Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us may result in account termination, because chargebacks carry costs and signal a breakdown in communication that an email would have solved.
